Senior Staff Engineer Test Development – ATE / CMOS Image Sensor

We are currently working with a leading manufacturer for sensor solutions who are looking for engineers to join them. This will give you the opportunity to work on projects involving ATE-based image sensors within the communications industry.

As a Senior Staff Engineer Test Development your responsibilities will include;

• Continuous involvement in the project planning, target review and development costs.
• Actively contributing on the design and improvement of ATE-based CMOS image sensor test hardware.
• Performing, developing, and reviewing FMEA and concept tests with design, customers and suppliers in mind.
• Close interaction with the IC design team to test effectiveness and coverage.

As a Senior Staff Engineer Test Development your skills will include:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience with ATE-based test development; e.g. Teradyne J/IP750
• Knowledge of advanced test concepts and methodology; e.g. BIST, IDDQ
• Knowledge of CMOS image sensor technology
• Strong background on electronic measurement techniques
• Experience in circuit design and electronic hardware; e.g. high-speed signal path
