SoC Virtualization Expert – PhD / SystemC – 12M Contract

For our leading IT telecommunications client we are searching for a Senior SoC Virtualization Expert to work on a consultancy basis in Lund, Sweden. You will be working in a highly developed team delivering next-generation mobile chipsets into mature and optimized states while providing early development platforms for SW development.

Job Type: Contract / Freelance

Duration: 12 Months (will extend for several years)

Location: Lund, Sweden

Hourly rate: 600-700 SEK

Key skills required for the SoC Virtualization Expert are:

• PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar with 8+ years’ experience in 3 or more of the following:
  • SystemC, TLM and C++ / C#
  • Programmers view prototyping
  • Virtualization tools e.g. Synopsys Virtualizer, Platform Architect (CoWare, VaST Systems acquisitions, or Cadence SoC Designer
• Experience in system design and implementation of Layer 1 / Layer 2 including 4G/5G standards would be a plus.
