Automotive Java Developer – Germany

Our Client is a major automotive software company in Germany looking for an experience Java Developer to join their team located near Nuremberg.

The Position is an initial 12-month contract, thought this would likely be extended to at least 2 years.

Main Responsibilities of the Successful Developer/Engineer:

• Implementation of feature requests, change requests and bug fixing in the area of the car infotainment systems
• General automotive software development primarily in Java

Requirements:

• Good experience developing in Java, ideally in the Automotive industry 
• Capability to implement software components based on specifications
• Experience with smartphone integration, apple Carplay, android Auto or comparable systems would be desirable
• Basic German and English Language skills
