Senior Digital Design Engineer (RTL, DFT, ASIC, STA)

 An exciting new opportunity has come up for a Senior Digital Design Engineer in Dublin, Ireland. Our client based in the United States are a leading semiconductor company and supplier of programmable logic devices with offices across the world.

The role involves work on all aspects of the digital design flow including architecture specification, RTL design and verification, synthesis, DFT, and STA. It requires effective collaboration with the digital backend team, analog design team and verification team to deliver the complete solution.

Job Requirements for Senior Digital Design Engineer (RTL, DFT, ASIC, STA):

• Proven experience in modern digital ASIC methodologies including front-end RTL design, synthesis, STA and signal integrity, DfT and physical implementation
• Excellent knowledge of SystemVerilog and logic design concepts
• Exposure to “Tape-outs” at advanced foundry process technologies
• Experience in implementing DSP in ASIC hardware is desired
• Experience in leading digital IC design teams is an advantage
• Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
