This company are a leader in the Aerospace and Defense sector looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to join them in the beautiful seaside city of Brighton. Here you will be part of the companies Mission Avionics Sector operating in the aerospace domain.

Key responsibilities for a Systems Engineering Manager:

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation
• Optimise process and procedures for Systems and Requirements (including DOORs)
• Supervise and Manage professional Engineers.
• Follow procedures to meet the requirements of ISO-9001
• Prioritise activities for Systems and Requirements, Safety and Reliability, Configuration Management

Key skills for a Systems Engineering Manager:

• Strong background working in the Aerospace and Defence sector
• Experience of leading a team within a systems engineering
• DOORS
• SC Clearance or able to secure this.
