European Recruitment are working with one of the worlds largest Telecommunications companies who are looking for an experienced manager in the sector of SiP, AEPT and CoB to join their new office based in Upper Bavaria (Oberbayern).

What are they looking for?

• Someone with years of experience working in/on the semiconductor industry
• Leadership skills
• Experience in Advanced Electronic Packaging Technology, SiP, CoB

What will you be doing?

• Leading and developing a team of world top experts in advanced packaging
• Defining the advanced packaging technology roadmapping (trend analysis)
• Scouting new manufacturing process technologies and materials foradvanced electronic packaging with focus on SiP (system in package), CoB (chip on board) and millimetre wave packaging
