ASIC Test Engineer – PCB Design / Embedded Programming / FPGA

This role will be working as a ASIC Test Engineer, specialising in PCB design and post-silicon verification and validation. This will give you the ability to design custom ASICs for advanced neuromorphic chip sets. Understanding testing, and the overall architecture of ASICs, and hardware is essential for this position. If you have prior understanding of such testing procedures, apply within.

The ideal candidate will have these key requirements & skills:

• Several years of experience in either the semiconductor or computer software domain working on testing computer hardware such as ASIC or FPGA.
• Prior working knowledge of PCB design (Altium is preferred).
• Experience working with Embedded programming and programming languages such as C, or C++. Further scripting languages are also desired such as Python and Matlab.
• Understanding of FPGA programming in VHDL or Verilog and using FPGAs in conjunction with a microcontroller core.
