Audio DSP Engineer – Voice, Hearing Aids, Cochlear Implants, Algorithms

Belgium is fast becoming a hot spot for Audio Engineers, we have an opportunity to join an expanding start-up based in the Flemish region of Leuven.

Your role as the Audio DSP Engineer / Product Engineer will be to work on algorithm design for revolutionary bone conduction voice calling, OTC hearing aids and Audio AI. You will ideally have some experience or interest in Hearing Aids, Voice Processing, Cochlear Implants or Hearables.

The main responsibilities of the Audio DSP Engineer will be:

• Work in a team of 8-10 Audio Engineers developing next generation audio features for hearables, True Wireless Stereo Earbuds (TWS) etc.
• Work on prototyping and validating ideas and turning them into products impacting the hearing industry.

The key skills required for the Audio DSP Engineer are:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Audio DSP Software development, ideally with MSc or PhD in engineering.
• Experience in Voice or Audio Algorithm Design
• Experience in C, Matlab/Python with knowledge on embedded constraints being beneficial.
