Audio DSP Software Architect

ABOUT THE JOB:

• As software architect you will be at the center of every feature activity. You will have to interface all team members, from concept design, productisation, validation and testing
• You will be responsible in making sure technology and code are maximally reusable and actually reused
• You will inspire high quality and clean coding within the team
• You will make sure the DevOps framework is correctly tailored, team and company wise for optima agile development
• You will prepare code-wise feature integration into existing platforms from ARM to Qualcomm DSP

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• PhD in engineering with +5-10 years of experience
• Solid track records, hands-on, in delivering DSP software solutions
• Up to date Agile and DevOps practices
• Communication and coaching skills to work as an ever involving and growing team (multi-site)
• Experience in scaling up software development
• Extensive code management experiences with GIT/Bitbucket, CMake, platform simulators, profilers
• Experience with Atlassian tools
• Proficient in Python, C, Matlab

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Acoustic knowledge
• Hearing Aids or Cochlear Implants experience
• Scrum Mast or Product Owner certification
• Experience as data scientist
• Experience with the latest trends in low foot print machine learning
