Automatic Speech Recognition Engineer

We are recruiting for a French speaking Automatic Speech Recognition / Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Understanding Engineers with experience in programming in Python, C, C++, Java, MATLAB, or R to join my client in the Paris area on long-term freelance contracts.

My client is a globally known technology company and this project is a cutting edge machine learning project focused on a new Voice Recognition platform.

Required skills:

• Native or Fluent speaker of French
• Experience with Natural Langue Processing or NLTK
• Experience with Language Modeling 
• Prior experience/knowledge of Natural Langue Understanding or Automatic Speech Recognition
• Experience in programming, with at least one of Python, C, C++, Java, Matlab, R

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of semantics, syntax, morphology or lexicography
• Good experience in recording software, such as Audacity, Izotope or similar, and digital sound processing.
• Linux knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of existing Audio and Text Italian corpora
