Autonomous Driving OS Software Expert

A globally recognised information and technology provider is searching for an Autonomous Driving OS Software Expert to join their Research Centre in Munich.

This is a permanent position and you would be responsible for the overall OS architecture and its components, drafting the architecture design specifications and being the lead on architecture and design of OS Software for real-time and embedded systems enabling Autonomous Driving, IoT, and Industry 4.0.

The key skills required for the Autonomous Driving OS Software Expert are:

• PhD or Post Doc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related domain.
• Very strong experience with mainstream OS solutions and latest technologies for industrial applications such as smart sensors, autonomous driving and intelligent industry control
• Knowledge of automotive functional safety and software processes e.g. ISO26262, AUTOSAR.
• Strong background in embedded systems
