Ideally some of the skills desired for this Chief Researcher/Scientist role are:

·         Google Index higher than 20, citations higher than 5000 with strong publications in top machine learning journals. E.g. NIPS / ICML / CVPR / ICLR / AAAI / IJCAI / AISTATS / JMLR / TPAMI
