Computer Aided Design System Administrator

We are working with one of Switzerland’s leading semiconductor manufacturing groups who are looking for an experienced CAD systems administrator to join their team in Neuchatel. This role will see you be responsible for the installation, management and support of the company’s Linux-based, semiconductor CAD environment. You will also Provide technical user support and troubleshoot issues related to CAD, EDA and ALM systems and resolve system problems.

Requirements for this Computer Aided Design System Administrator role:

• At least 5 years working in a CAD systems administrator or support role
• Highly experienced working in UNIX/Linux Operating systems
• Expert in CAD technologies, and the installation of end user CAD tools (Synopsis, Cadence, Altium, …)
• Experience with scripting/programming languages: i.e. tcsh, bash, C, Perl, Python.
• In-depth knowledge of change and configuration management systems, issue tracking, and revision control systems (e.g. SVN, Git)
