CONTRACT Senior Physical Implementation Engineer – Verilog

Our global leading semiconductor company headquarted in Cambridge has an urgent 10 month contract requirement for a Senior Physical Implementation Engineer.

What are the required skills in this Senior Physical Implementation Engineer contract?

• Good working knowledge of the entire IC design flow and knowledge of hardware description languages: Verilog or System Verilog
• Proven expertise in one or more of: synthesis, place and route, LEC and STA

Preferred experience: 

• Profiency in scripting languages such as tcl, Python and Perl 
  
• A deep understanding of challenges faced at nanometre scale
