A leading telecommunications client is searching for a CPE Antenna Engineer for their team in Finland.

The role of the CPE Antenna Engineer will be to participate in the design and development of the next generation Customer-Premises Equipment research project, focusing on multi antenna solution.

The key skills required for the CPE Antenna Engineer are:
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, high frequency microwave engineering, antenna design or related majors.
• LTE/WIFI antenna design experience for 10 years or above in wireless access equipment such as wireless router, small cell, wireless AP or handset.
• High-gain dual polarization small antenna design experience, antenna array, MIMO, smart/reconfigurable antenna, and 4.5G/5G antenna research background.
• Skilled using antenna simulation software as CST, HFSS and similar, as well as hands-on experience.
