Customer Service Specialist – Semiconductor 

Location: Munich

This company are a well established partner in  power modules for motion control, renewable energy, and power supply applications. Leading the market, they are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Munich.

Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Specialist:

• Act as the authorities point of contact for the companies customers and sales force
• Ensure customer orders are processed professionally
• You can handle credit memos and subsequent charges with assurance and will play an active role in coordinating returns.
• Report on sales and deliveries and analyse incoming forecasts

Key skills for a Customer Service Specialist:

• You hold formal qualifications in business (apprenticeship or traineeship) and have ideally completed advanced professional training, for instance, a Business Administration (VWA/MBA) training program.
• Customer Service industry experience in a Semiconductor company
• MS Office and SAP R/3 SD.
• English as well as German.
