Deep Learning Engineer – PhD / MSc / Robotics / startup / Computer Vision / Machine Learning / Python / TensorRT / CUDA / C++ / 6D / Pose Estimation

We are recruiting for multiple Deep Learning Engineers to join my client in the Munich area of Germany on a permanent basis.

My client is a young and dynamic robotics start up focused on developing smart robotics arms and systems for application across different industries – as a Deep Learning Engineer, you should hold a PhD (or be a soon to be PhD graduate), or an MSc plus (1+ years professional experience) in a related field and have extensive experience in Deep Learning, programming in C++, Python or CUDA, knowledge of 6D Pose Estimation of Grasping for Deep Learning and ideally Machine Learning / Computer Vison frameworks

You responsibilities include research, design and implementation of algorithms for robotics and working closely with team members on developing new systems, from prototyping to products.

Required Skills:

·        MSc/PhD in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Robotics, 3D data or related domain

·        Broad knowledge of fundamentals Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision

·        Solid background in 6D Pose Estimation or Deep Learning based grasping

·        Good at Python, C/C++ or CUDA

Desired Skills:

·        Hands-on experience with popular Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch

·        Strong verbal and written communication

·        Experience in publishing at major computer science conferences or journals such as ICCV, CVPR, ECCV, BMVC, NeurIPS, SIGGRAPH

·        TensorRT knowledge
