Embedded Linux Software Developer

Department / Project:
The R&D team is responsible for the development of system solutions on Automotive. Applications like Vehicle to Vehicle and Infrastructure communication, Radar systems, Drones, ADAS and Highly Automated Driving.

Responsibilities:
• Bluebox Platform preparation and integration and support.

• Camera integration, exploration of vision algorithms on BlueBox, and integrate in test-vehicle

• Extending BlueBox with additional accelerators for Neural Networks, bringing to live an integrated software development, and showcasing an example trained NN application

Your profile:
• BSc or MSc in a technical specialism, like Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Affinity with hardware-software integration for embedded systems on Linux.
• Hands on programming knowledge of C,C++, Python and Bash programming languages
• Working with cross-compilation toolchains for ARM
• Knowledge of build systems (YOCTO, OpenEmbedded, etc.)
• Experience to work with BSP for customized boards
• Experience with software engineering techniques (life cycle, planning, requirements, integration and testing)

You might also have:
• Knowledge of Electronics design which helps to solve issues on the intermediate layer HW-SW
