Embedded Software Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer – C/C++, Linux, Networking 

We are recruiting for multiple Embedded Software engineers with experience in C/C++ programming, embedded Linux knowledge, and Networking experience to join my client in the Hamburg area of Germany on a permanent basis. 

My client is a leading Networking company focused on set-top boxes,  electricity meters, and internet boxes and as an Embedded Software engineer, you will be responsible for software development for my client’s customers, embedded middleware and software development on Linux and the integration of open sources components and interfacing. 

Required skills:

• 2+ years’ Software experience 
• Embedded knowledge 
• C/++ programming knowledge 
• Embedded Linux knowledge (Kernel mode / Userspace / Drivers)
• Experience with Networking (iPv4, iPv6, routing/bridging, Iptables, NAT
• Continuous Integration and Agile methods
