FAE Engineer – Audio / DSP / Mandarin Speaking

An established start-up in the field of optical, audio and vision sensors are looking for an FAE Engineer to join them in a customer-facing role with audio and acoustics experience.

In this role you will assist with demonstrations of products and explaining solutions to customers. This role will therefore involve on-site support to customers.

Key requirements for the FAE Engineer:

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, or a similar field
• Technical experience with DSP and audio
• Ideally 3 years of experience working as an FAE in a comparable role. If this in in audio accessories or mobile phone industry this is beneficial
• Any programming with C and embedded software integration is beneficial
• Strong customer focus and presentation skills
• Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel 30%-50% of the time
