Head of Software Development/Technical Director – German Speaking / Node.JS / React

We’re currently on the lookout for a German speaking, Head of Software Development / Technical Director for a growing ad-tech company in Germany.

You will be responsible for managing a team of around 20 people, using your strong technical background in software development to coach and lead the time whilst adding value to the development of the products.

This is a permanent position and will pay well for the right experience.

This can be a fully remote role within Germany or within the same time zone.

For this Head of Software Development position, I’m interested in speaking to people with the following:

  • Experience managing a software development team of 5+ people
  • Varied hands on front and/or backend development experience – React, Node.JS, GraphQL etc
  • Fluent in German – C1
  • A background or interest in Marketing, Media or AdTech an advantage
