HR Manager – APAC / Onboarding / Startup

An innovative tech startup is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Sydney. They have developed an online marketplace connecting customers to local food and drinks merchants, making the purchase of goods and services more efficient. They are one of the fastest-growing startups in America, having raised over $150 million in venture funding and are founded by ex-Googlers. 

In this role, you will be the APAC HR resource helping to build and support a global company. 

Required skills: 

• 5+ years experience from an HR generalist background 
• Experience with employment law in APAC
• Experience as a Trusted Advisor/Business Partner to consult on people best practices with management
• Experience setting up new offices globally is highly beneficial along with startup experience (entity set up, contracts, regulations, policies etc) 
• Happy working in a fast-paced environment and dealt with hyper-growth
• Open to flexible working hours and travel as required
