Human Resources Generalist – Talent Acquisition / Onboarding / Legislation / Fluent German Speaking


A leading supplier in the semiconductor industry is looking for an HR Generalist to join them in Switzerland. 


In this role, you will be the key point of contact for employees regarding a variety of HR-related matters, and you will also lead the recruitment activity across Europe. 


Requirements for the HR Generalist role:

  • Graduate in any discipline with a degree/diploma in HR
  • 3+ years of experience working in HR (semiconductor experience is ideal)
  • 3+ years of experience working on talent acquisition activities
  • Excellent knowledge of legislation relating to employment matters in Switzerland and Germany
  • Fluent in English and German (French is desirable)
  • Proven experience managing appraisals, exit interviews and onboarding
