IODT Engineer – Paris

The client is looking to build its IODT team who oversee integrating modem and application features. You will oversee the running and investigating of improbability tests with eNodeB during the early phases. The ability to analyse and create solutions for LTE issues (protocol, instability) and to work directly with the development and integration teams.

The key responsibilities for an IODT engineer are:

• To work closely with eNodeB and partners to test and validate interoperability of new features on modem and/or network.
• To participate in IOT sessions, lab and field certifications testing
• Reproduction and investigation of tests in labs on eNodeB simulators

Desired experience for an IODT engineer:

• Engineering degree and 3+ years of industry experience in telecoms domain
• Knowledge of 3GPP mobile communication protocol stacks (UMTS, LTE) for L1/L2/L3
• Knowledge in LTE Rel13 is a plus
• Knowledge in languages such as C, C++, Python, Linux, git is a plus
• Knowledge in Wi-Fi and GPS is a plus

This role requires some traveling to the US, Asia and Europe.
