Lead Engineer – Defence / Aerospace / R&D

Based on the beautiful south coast of England a leading technology and defence company are looking for a Lead Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role you will be leading their R&D activities and have the responsibility for bringing on their next generation products.

Requirements:
Ideally 10+ years of experience of working in the Defence or Aerospace industry
Prior experience leading R&D teams
Mechanical or Electrical background
Experience working on and developing next generation products (desirable)
