Lighting Product Engineer

We are currently working with an exciting Global leader in Automotive Interiors who are looking for a Lighting Product Engineer to join their growing development team. A very competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate.

As a Lighting Product Engineer your skills will include:

• Experience in the automotive interior lighting (preferred but other areas also possible)
• Expert in Lighting system design.
• CATIA experience.
• Knowledge of key light behaviour and lighting simulation inputs and outputs.
• Business level German and English

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the technical project coordination in collaboration with Program Management, Mechanical, Hardware, Software Engineering, Prototyping/Prototype Shop, DV-Testing, Quality Management and Manufacturing.
• Preparation, execution, and documentation of technical reviews with customer during RFQ and project phase
• Analyse lighting systems requirements and propose adapted lighting systems design
• Define product design in concept and CAD
