Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Consultant / Executive

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm Friday   

Reports to: HR, Marketing & Business Support Manager   

Salary: £24 – £27,000 depending on experience   

Objective:

To help European Recruitment expand and improve, to drive and deliver our Unique Selling Point to current and new clients and candidates. 

Responsibilities: 

• Implement new marketing strategies in line with business growth plans
• Create and implement strategy and content plans for digital marketing purposes to improve our presence through online platforms and social media
• Develop and implement strategies for SEO to increase number of visitors to our website, number of conversions, and increase website DR
• Design website banners and assist with website visuals
• Create and dispatch email marketing campaigns (company newsletters, for example)
• Improve marketing collateral, such as pitch documents and company branding
• Research new media opportunities that may benefit the business, including but not limited to, job boards we can use to find new candidates
• Create content, oversee and contribute to company news & insights page (blog)
