Mechanical Engineer – Robotics / CAD / AutoCAD / SolidWorks

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer with solid experience using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD) to join my client in Munich on a permanent basis

My client operates within the Robotics domain and as an Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and creating mechanical designs for new products in the application department, generation of working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration, and the development of testing processes, perform testing and validation of new designs.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products
• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Good written and spoken English language skills, German or Chinese would be an asset

Desired skills:

• Previous experience of robotics applications
