Our client is looking for an ambitious Merchant Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the daily operational functions of supporting the merchant network.

As a Merchant Operations Specialist delivering world-class service and timely resolution of any issues facing their new and existing merchant partners is a must. A large part of this role will be supporting merchants – menu setup and design.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements for Merchant Operations Specialist 

• Building relationships with merchant partners
• Complete menu updates, changes and audits
• Drive process improvement
• Train and educate merchants
• German or Dutch speaking
