Physical Design Specialist – DFT / CMOS / Automotive

We are working with an exciting client who is looking for a specialist in the area of Physical Design and DFT for Automotive.

Requirements

• MSc/PhD in Computer Science/Telecommunications
• 7+ years’ in Chip Development with successful tape-outs
• R&D background in semionductor process technology, advanced packaging design, or SoC in communication networks
• Expertise in IC Architecture design including Ic integration flow, layout and testing and validation
• Place and Route timing closure, synthesis, STA experience needed with a strong understanding of Design for Test
• ISO26262 and AEC-Q100 on chip development is beneficial
• Must be willing to relocate and have relevant work permissions for Europe/Germany
