This company are a leading supplier to the automotive industrial sector. They have innovative technologies, products, and services for CO2-efficient drives, electric mobility, Industry 4.0, digitalization, and renewable energies.

Key responsibilities for a President Operations and Supply Chain Management:

• Definition of a global inventory, supply, and production strategy for the automotive aftermarket
• Optimization of the supply chain
• Monitoring of the optimum between stock, lot sizes and delivery capacity
• Monitoring customer deliveries in terms of time, quantity, quality, and costs
• Guidance of SCM, logistics, production processes and projects
• Management responsibility for the assigned departments / employee

Key Skills for a President Operations and Supply Chain Management:

• Degree in relevant field, (Business Informatics, production etc)
• Experience with production and business-related processes
• Several years of professional experience in a global management position in the automotive aftermarket
• Knowledge of labour law, product liability, contract law
• Verifiable skills in lean management (Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen)
