Our client is a world leading Networks/Telecommunications company who have a custom built, test production facility in southern Bavaria. Here they work on improving the production processes for their various product lines.

As such there is a large focus on Research and Innovation, alongside the product development and processing technologies that are worked on.

As part of this facility, they are looking to build up a new group working on high power module development and production, and are keen to speak with people with expertise in this area.

Key requirements include:

• PhD (ideal) or Masters degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics etc.
• Many years of industry experience in the power semiconductor industry with power module development (IGBT, WBG technologies)
• Strong familiarity with packaging technologies, chip package interaction, process equipment
