Program Manager

Senior Technical Program Manager – London, UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technology program for the critical and high-value procure-to-pay process the company’s digital video rental and purchase business, liaising and coordinating with engineering, business, finance, and accounting teams, and making improvements to our processes.

A successful candidate will have a strong technical ability, excellent project management and organizational skills; they will be an effective communicator and have an established background in developing full-stack systems. The candidate should also be comfortable of defining metrics or developing methodologies to measure the delivery, using data to drive better decisions and be able to explain technical issues and resolution status in clear terms.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical Program Management experience in software development or a related industry, including hands-on management of large, cross-functional efforts
• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Ability to understand complex interrelated applications and system platforms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate those systems to non-technical team members and business partners
• Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
