Research & Recruitment Consultant – Brighton

We are looking for people who are interested in a career change and are looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role.

We are recruiting Research and Recruitment Consultants who will work directly with clients and candidates, all over the world from our busy Brighton office. You’ll need to be a people-person, able to communicate confidently over the phone with a great personality and an interest in technology.

You won’t need experience in recruitment, we will train you, but any relevant experience is beneficial. We do things differently than your typical recruitment company, working smart and at pace. 

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supported by experienced team leaders.

Your day will look like:

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates for specific roles in line with client briefs
• Researching client roles by mapping industries, new technologies and new sources
• Searching for fresh candidates to approach, using search techniques, job boards and databases
• Building and managing relationships throughout the end-to-end hiring processes

What we would like to see:

• Experience working in an office environment
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to think on your feet and be cool under pressure
• Sales experience or similar
• Motivated and ambitious work ethic – if you are driven by success and don’t mind working long hours to reach your goals, you’ll be perfect
• Recruitment experience would be beneficial but not necessary
