Our client is the leading massive MIMO radio company addressing the 4G and upcoming 5G mobile network infrastructure market. Airrays’ large scale active antennas provide an energy-efficient and cost-effective way to address the growing demand for wireless capacity for the Gigabit Society.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the earliest possible date: Radio Frequency Engineer (f/m) in full-time.

• Job Description:

Design of complete transceiver systems for cellular base station antennas.

Selection and test of RF components

Test and optimization of RF transceivers boards

Perform RF compliance testing

Review of RF transceiver board designs

• Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering required

• Experience / Knowledge:

Sound knowledge RF design principles especially in microwave (up to 6 GHz)

Knowledge of cellular RF specification and testing (3GPP and FCC based)

Experience in RF simulations (CAD tools) like Genesys

Experience in using spectral analyzers, vector signal analyzer, network analyzer etc.

• Additional Skills:

Proactive attitude to solving problems, be innovative and creative in work approach

Fluent English skills are required

At least 3 years experience in hardware development
