Search Product Operations Manager- Global Technology Company / User Growth / AB Testing / Search Engine / Launch Strategy

We’re currently on the lookout for a Search Product Operations Manager (User Growth) for a global technology company.

The is a contract role based in Amsterdam, likely for around 12 months.

The will be responsible but not limited to enhancing and supporting their search engine product, taking charge of the local operation effect of search products and regional service KPI’s such as user growth, conversion, retention and activation. You’ll be required to use your analytical skills including AB testing, friendly testing etc to analyze users and identify problems and then propose optimization solutions.

For this Search Product Operations Manager (User Growth), I’m interested in speaking to people with the following:

• Bachelors degree or above
• Strong analytical skills including AB testing experience
• Background in user growth/retention
• Internal product operations experience preferred
• Happy to travel globally for business trips
