A global telecommunications client is searching for a Senior Application Support Specialist in Finland.

The role of the Senior Application Support Specialist will be:
• Responsible for technical support of the applications of Consumer cloud service in Europe.
• Responsible for daily maintenance of EMUI cloud service, including change management, application support, problem solving, bug fixing together with R&D developer, database maintenance, etc. And ensure SLA target.

The key skills required for the Senior Application Support Specialist are:
• Understand internet infrastructure and application architecture.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix.
• Experience of project coordination or team leading.
• Experience on Database maintenance or SQL.
