Senior/Principal SiGe Engineer

I am looking for a Senior/Prinicpal Level SiGe Process Engineer to join our client in France. You would be joining an exciting an innovative company working on new process technology development 

Qualifications:

• Degree (MsC/PhD) in Physics, materials, electronics or related
• 5+ years work experience in SiGe, Semiconductor, process development
• Experience with biCMOS manufacturing, HBT, RF applications, device development
• Relevant work permissions for France
