Software Development Manager (Linux)

An exciting position has become available to join a leading company in cloud computing in Germany.

Our client is looking for an experienced Software Development Manager, who will be leading a team of highly skilled developers and therefore have strategic impact on the business.  In this key role you will be responsible for managing an engineering team and building software for Linux environments.

Requirements;

• Hold a master in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• several years of industry experience building software for Linux environments.
• Managed an engineering team before.
• Good understanding of Virtualization
• Good understanding of the Linux toolbox
