Software Engineer – Full Stack – C/C++ / Robotics / Start up / Linux

We are recruiting for a Full Stack Software Engineer with extensive C/C++ and Linux experience to join our client in the Munich area of Germany on a permanent basis.

My client is a young and dynamic Robotics start up focused on developing smart robotic arms for various applications, and as a Full Stack Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing custom software frameworks including hardware abstraction, middleware and algorithm development, the integration of algorithms within the software infrastructure and integrating modules into complex robotic systems.

Required skills

·         C/C++, Linux

·         Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Desired skills

·         GCC/clang, CMake

·         GDB, valgrind

·         Git

·         Tools like: strace, ltrace, nm, readelf, lttng

·         Network communication and middleware (DDS, ZeroC ICE, ZeroMQ, ROS, YARP)

·         Inter-process communication

·         Real-time Linux / Real time systems

·         Software protection and security

·         MCU/DSP firmware
