Software QA Automation Engineer

Software Test Automation Engineer (Selenium, TestComplete, Software Testing, Agile, Python) – Full Time permanent – Brighton, United Kingdom.

An Exciting position has become available to join a leading cyber security company based in sunny Brighton.

The Idea candidate will have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience with Automation Testing in previous roles, with an agile development testing practices.

Main Responsibilities, but not restricted to for the Software Test Automation role – (Selenium, TestComplete, Software Testing, Agile, Python)

• You will write Test Automation code to efficiently validate out enterprise data protection product set from a functional, scale, performance and security perspective
•  You will use Python and other languages when you are coding test cases.
• You will use your experience in agile development / testing practices, and risk-based testing to ensure efficient release testing
• You will write automated regression tests to ensure that defects to not reoccur

Requirements for Software Test Automaton Engineer – (Selenium, TestComplete, Software Testing, Agile, Python)

• Experience in a Software Test Automation role
• Exposure to a variety of operating systems (Windows Server, Windows desktop, Mac)
• Experience of TestComplete, Selenium
• A keen interest/experience in improving efficiency in software testing
• Working knowledge of software development principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Degree Level Computing Qualification or equivalent
