ARM Solution Architect – Munich, Germany

Key responsibilities  

• Responsible for tracking the cutting-edge ARM-related technology and market trends, recognize the prospective key technologies of software and hardware, and initiate the research to ensure the maturity of the technologies.

• Responsible for the end-to-end framework, plan definition, key breakthroughs, plan review, hardware selection, and end-to-end performance optimization of hardware and software, for the ARM-related IaaS cloud services; including computing, storage, and networking. 

• Responsible for the technology competitiveness of ARM-related IaaS cloud services

• Supporting the Cloud ARM application software ecosystem construction and market expansion

• Leading teams to tackle key ARM-related problems and improving technical abilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Familiar with server, storage, network technologies, and proficient in CPU frameworks, storage principles, and mainstream network protocols.

• Familiar with ARM architectures and deep understanding of CPUs, cache hierarchies, MMUs, buses, etc.

• Familiar with the product architecture, design, and implementation of cloud computing and virtualization technologies (both server and application virtualization).

• Familiar with the software framework, internals, and assembly of the Linux OS and open source virtualization technology (e.g., Xen, KVM).

• Familiar with ARM application ecosystem and proficient in analyzing the operating features and system bottlenecks of typical application software on ARM, and proposing optimizations for software and hardware based on the Cloud environment.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial software and solutions design and development. 

• Working experience in cloud service enterprises are preferred
