Speech Recognition Engineer – ASR / Automatic Speech Recognition / Machine Learning / Python / C++/ Deep Learning / PyToch / Tensorflow  

We are recruiting for multiple Speech Recognition Engineers with extensive experience within ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) plus knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks to join my client in the Amsterdam area on long term freelance assignments.

My client is a globally known mobile and tech company, and as a Speech Recognition Engineer, you will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art Automatic Speech Recognition systems to enable speech interaction between human and machines and will be focused on developing and contributing algorithms and participate in research projects that will lead to papers and patents.

Required skills:

• Master’s / PhD in in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics or Statistics (PhD is preferred)
• Strong background in Deep Learning, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and practice with at least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and deploying large scale machine learning systems.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with ASR systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensorflow
• Proficiency in 1 or 2 languages besides English is a plus.
