Our client who is based in Austria are looking for a Team Leader for their Digital Design & Verification team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in power management application and this position will enable you to give technical guidance to a small team within a challenging yet rewarding environment.

The key responsibilities for a Digital IC Design Verification Team Lead are:

• To manage, develop and coordinate the digital design and verification team and their activities
• Support functions and stakeholders by acting as an interface for the analog design teams
• Drive innovation while ensuing quality is retained

Ideal experience for a Digital IC Design Verification Team Lead are:

• BSc or higher on Electrical Engineering, Informatics or Physics
• 8+ years of industry experience in the digital IC
• Extensive knowledge in digital IC design flows
• Experience managing small R&D teams is preferred
• Knowledge in mixed signal design / verification, power applications are all advantages
