Technical Product Manager

European Recruitment are currently partnered exclusively with a leading product development and service company for the automotive industry. The organisations major product lines include Hypervisor and communication platforms that are used across autonomous driving, Bluetooth connectivity, safe cockpit and smart antenna.

This position will be based in Berlin, Germany where this position will be based however this origination also have offices in Munich, Germany and North America. The company is continuously growing, and the corporate culture is inspired by the internationality of there employees, partners and customers.

In this position your main task will include:

• Monitoring industry trends and delivering this to management teams
• Define product features and roadmaps to educate and train employees on new/enhanced products and features
• Develop and maintain relationships with new/established customers representing there needs to the organisation
• Control the products’ business case: take appropriate actions (trigger new product features or marketing activities) to adjust market needs

To have the best opportunity in your application you should have the following skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience working with automotive software
• Proven ability to map market trends delivering goals on how to drive innovation
• Interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and German
