A leading infotainment software solutions provider is searching for someone to lead their growing team based in Berlin. This company focus on integrating Linux & Android solutions with automotive specific software e.g. AUTOSAR.

The team focuses on Virtualization of complex devices like GPUs, Audio, Codecs, USB, … in a way that can be re-used in different target platforms.

Your role as the Technical Team Lead:

• Lead a team of software developers
• Responsible for hiring, training and development of new employees.
• Ensure the team works efficiently using Agile methodology.

The key skills required for the Technical Team Lead are:

• Experience in managing software development team or working as technical lead.
• Strong experience of Linux kernel and drivers, Android middleware, kernel and driver experience
• Experience of GPU drivers and graphics SW stacks (OpenGL, Vulkan)
• Some experience of working with Hypervisor
