Key skills for this ATE Test Development role:

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Measurement Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in the semiconductor industry with ATE test platforms such as LTX/Fusion EX/CX/Teradyne/Eagle/ 
• Experience with the development of test software for Automatic Test Equipment
