Senior Test Development Engineer – ATE 

Working in a state-of-the-art development team, you will: 

• Design and develop test programs for RF circuits (and others) 
• Write test programs for wafer probe, verification, characterization, and final test of new products
• Use your expertise to provide recommendations to the design team during the entire IC design process. 

Ideally you’ll have: 

• Significant background in semicon test development 
• Advantest 93k experience (Bonus)
• RF experience (Bonus)
