UI Developer – User Interface / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / CoffeeScript / Typescript / Vue.js / Angular / Rest API / Server Side  

We are recruiting for a UI Developer with broad experience in working with at least one client-side and one server-side programming language and a good understanding of front-end development frameworks to join our client in the Bay Area on a permanent basis.

Our client is a well funded stealth mode start up focuses on next-gen networking technologies and as a UI Developer, you will be responsible for building UI dashboards to allow users to monitor the status of their network and build UI components to allow users to interact with the underlying devices and network .

Competencies 

• Experience working with at least one client-side and one server-side programming language
• Good understanding of front-end development frameworks
• Experience working with different browsers and platforms (desktop, mobile, chrome, ff, Microsoft edge, etc.)
• Understanding of server API technologies
• Good interpersonal and communications skills

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 3-12+ years of UI development experience
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Coffeescript, Typescript or similar languages
• 3-7+ experience working with a JavaScript framework; Vue.js, Angular, React or similar framework
• Experience working with REST API and associated technologies; gRPC, thrift, JSON, XML or similar
• Experience of server side scaling technologies a plus; caches, load balancers, reverse proxies.
