Exciting opportunity to work for a leading telecommunications company who’s internet is one of the top mobile web browsers worldwide. 

You will support the 3rd party developers who are building web applications on top of the companies browser.

As a Web Developer Advocate your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Work within browser team to lead technical community
  • Speak and organise developer events both virtual and physical
  • Write and edit blog posts
  • Contribute to technical documentation
  • Develop your own web applications
  • Work with external bloggers and podcasters

 

As a Web Developer Advocate your skills will include:

 

  • Relevant masters / bachelors university degree.
  • Web development experience in JavaScript, HTML, Web APIs
  • Experience blogging and writing technical articles and documentation
  • Experience speaking at events
  • Experience working on web browsers would be beneficial
